Although their physical space exuded serenity and refinement, their digital presence did not convey the same level of quality or care. The website was visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the responsiveness expected by modern consumers.

Purité partnered with Sakura Creatives to create a new digital home—one that would reflect their premium identity, improve the booking experience, and attract new clientele through thoughtful design and content.

  • Visual hierarchy was carefully considered to allow the most important content—services, testimonials, and calls to action—to be both discoverable and unobtrusive.

2. Enhanced User Experience and Mobile Responsiveness

  • We restructured the site’s navigation to make key services, treatments, and contact points easily accessible in just a few clicks.
  • Optimised for all screen sizes, the site now delivers a fluid experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring users can browse and book from anywhere without friction.
  • Integration with Purité’s booking system was refined to reduce steps, enabling a smooth transition from interest to appointment.

3. Content & SEO Optimisation

  • Service descriptions were rewritten to better reflect the unique value of each treatment, using language that speaks to both indulgence and professionalism.
  • The website was rebuilt with SEO in mind—optimised metadata, internal linking, and structured content were implemented to enhance visibility and organic reach.
  • We also added areas for testimonials and reviews, building trust and credibility with new visitors.
